Shipping and Return Policy

The Brother’s Trade, LLC will quickly and accurately process your order once received. Shipping will be added to your final invoice, after it has been packed and is ready to ship. Your invoice will be emailed to the account we have on file for payment.

  • Shipping Policy
    We will process your order within 1 – 2 business days after receipt of full payment and depending on the availability of merchandise. For high quantity and special orders we will contact you to discuss the order details. Merchandise that is not in stock will not be shipped or charged to the current order. Your credit card will be processed once you check out.

    We ship globally utilizing UPS. The calculation for shipping costs are based on weight and dimensions of the box being shipped and the final destination. UPS shipping charges are higher when shipped to a residential address versus a commercial address. UPS does not accept P.O. Boxes as a shipping address. We are not responsible for the loss and damage during the process of transport of the returned goods. Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges. We will provide you with a tracking number, at your request. For international orders, customers are fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs, including any tariffs and duties.

    High quantity orders (20 dozens or more) for our Belleza Earrings require a minimum of 1-week advanced notice. This will insure us that you receive your complete order on time.

  • Return Policy
    All sales are FINAL. There will be NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES/CREDIT on merchandise that is not defective. Only unused defective merchandise may be returned with prior authorization and a copy of the original receipt and invoice. Items may not be returned for any other reason. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt, and store credit will be given only on defective merchandise that are no longer in stock.
